How to Order

1Fill out the Order Form

Choose a guitar you would like to purchase and enter its Product Number into the Order Form below.

Please be sure to enter all mandatory items (in red) in the Order Form.

If you have any special request (e.g. personalized emblem), please enter in the comment box of the Order Form.

2Receive a confirmation e-mail from us

You will receive a confirmation e-mail from us within 2 business days after you send in your order.

If the item is immediately available, we will inform you of the total amount payable and the estimated delivery date.

In case that the item you ordered is not in stock, we will let you know approximately how long it will take to prepare your order.

About Delivery:

(1) If the item is in stock, we will ship your order approximately how long it will take to prepare your order.

(2) If the item is not in stock, please allow us to prepare your order in 1 to 3 months. We will let you know when your order is ready.

3Make your payment through Paypal

We only offer Paypal as the payment method. It's easy and safe.

After our confirmation of your order, you will receive an invoice from Paypal.

Please make your payment accordingly.

4Receive a confirmation e-mail from us

You will receive an e-mail from us confirming reciept of payment.

5Receive a shipment notice from us

As your order is ready to be shipped, we will send you an e-mail to let you know.

We usually ship our goods by EMS (Express Mail Service).

6Receive your SGT-3DPEG

You may be contacted by a carrier about delivery.

About Duties:

Duties on electric guitars vary depending on the country.
Some countries do not have duties on imported electric guitars.
Please check the customs regulations of your country.
